It’s time for a pictorial update of the refurbishment project we have been following.

Just as a reminder, an accommodating local developer has allowed us access to his project on Main Road in Duston. The general idea is to provide those who are interested with something of an insight in to a refurbishment project at various stages of completion.

I thought it might be interesting, and possibly helpful, for me to document the progress of the refurbishment of a local property.

A year is a long time in the Housing market, and the market has experienced a significant change of characteristics over the last 12 months.

At  Jackson Grundy, we have seen a marked increase in the turnover of property through 2013. That said, we are now noticing a significant shortening of supply.

I’m really delighted to announce that, in conjunction with our customers, we have now raised over £35,000 via our Community Support Initiative (CSI).

We felt that this rarely available 1930’s town house, overlooking Abington Park, was worthy of a blog post.
