Please note Application & Reference fees are strictly non-refundable. However, in the event that you overpay rent, deposit or other monies (e.g. enter an incorrect figure or the monies are not due) please notify us as soon as possible by email to email@example.com. Please ensure you include full details of the amount paid incorrectly, the property address used, the name you entered and the name as shown on the debit card used. Monies found to have been paid in error will be refunded directly on to the card from which the funds were originally debited within 5 working days of the email request. Please note that requests for refunds to alternative bank accounts or cards will be refused.
